The hugely popular Metcal CV-5210 is now available through select Distributors. We’ve heard from many industry leaders about the importance of traceability. Contract Manufacturer customers are raving about Connection Validation’s use in promoting themselves and their quality control programs.
And now, the CV-5000 monitor software is available for download! Once attached to the communication port, you’ll be able to get the following for each solder event:
- Power demand
- Intermetallic Compound Formation (IMC Formation)
- Tip temperature
- Solder time
For those lucky folks who already have a CV unit, a fresh new firmware update is available as well!
